Refund Policy

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
• Clients may reschedule or request a refund more than 24 hours before the appointment time.
•Due to preparation time, cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you are unsure which session is right for you, please contact us first
• No refunds will be issued once a session has commenced.
• If The Scammer Detective determines a case is unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• No guarantee of financial recovery is implied or promised.

Cancellations
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session = full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours = no refund.


No-Shows
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.


Rescheduling
  • You may reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances determined at our discretion.
